LSE’s Data and Technology Services division provides services to over 10,000 staff and student users.


The Technical Project Manager will be part of the Design and Build team which is responsible for the design and build of high-quality solutions to the LSE.   The role will involve:

  • Managing complex projects/work-packages concurrently and ensuring accurate project plans and work schedules based on requirements to enable the overall delivery of projects.
  • Responsibility for all aspects of the technical project management lifecycle from project inception through to transition to live and an operational handover.
  • Liaison with a diverse customer base across the School.
  • Delivering high quality reports to the Project Governance team and assisting with representing non-technical requirements as technical deliverables.


You should have:

  • Substantial Project Management experience delivering technical solutions.
  • PRINCE2 or Agile Scrum Master Certification.
  • Ability to convey technical information in a structured way to other staff.
  • Ability to interpret user requirements and work with the technical teams to produce viable solution proposals.
  • Outstanding investigative and diagnostic skills.
