Starting pay is $11.00 per hour

Responsibilities

The Test Administrator position is responsible for providing a secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a comfortable friendly environment. In this position, you will be required to:

  • Comply with all testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies using careful judgment
  • Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process
  • Proctor / invigilate candidates while testing
  • Troubleshoot with internal departments to fix technical issues
  • Complete light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming and sanitizing keyboards after each candidate has finished their examination

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:

Our ideal candidate demonstrates teamwork, with availability to work a variety of shifts any day - Monday through Saturday - between the hours of7:15 am and 9:00 pm. Candidate must be open to flexible scheduling. Saturday hours are 7:15AM – 8:00PM about 2 Saturdays per month.

This is strictly a part-time position and will remain as such,6-18hours per week, with an expectation to work more hours if needed.

Schedules are available at least 2 weeks in advance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong communication skills are a must.
  • Must be flexible in work hours and days.
  • Beginner to Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs on occasion. Must have the ability to stand for extended periods of time while escorting candidates back and forth, up to 50-100 times per scheduled shift, to and from the testing room. Must have the ability to sit for long periods of time. Must be able to bend, stoop & lift from a stooped position.
  • Must be comfortable in a quiet testing environment and hear spoken words in soft voices.
  • Must be able to see small details at a distance. Ability to see names clearly on id cards and the computer screen.
