The scope of the role encompasses the non-legal learning and development needs of lawyers, non-solicitor fee earners, trainees and business and executive support services staff across the firm's six locations.

**The team**
Reporting to the Head of Learning and Development, who in turn reports to the KLD Director, the Learning & Development Manager is a member of the Knowledge, Learning and Development (KLD) team. Administrative support is provided by the learning and development senior assistant.
The role requires close liaison with many people, in particular the graduate recruitment manager, professional support lawyers (PSLs), IT trainers, marketing, national service line leaders, business service heads, regulatory bodies and external providers.
