About the job

This is an integral role for UK OPM Recruitment Services. At its core this role ensures consistent set standards for high performance in student enrolment are achieved across all University Partnerships via the development and delivery of core Recruitment competency areas including:

  • Implementation and training of new and existing platforms used by the Recruitment Team
  • Creation of Recruitment Team manuals/guides
  • Sourcing and administration of Recruitment Team training programmes
  • Ensuring consistent implementation of best-practice operational processes and reporting.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

  • Excellent IT skills including using Office Suite
  • Good data management and analytics skills
  • Excellent communication (written and oral), networking and influencing externally and internally (in particular to work effectively with colleagues in Pearson across different sites and within a matrix structure)
  • Relationship building: in particular, with Recruitment Managers and EA’s, customers, employers, commercial partners, and within Pearson
  • Creative thinking and problem solving, ideally within operational processes and selling skills development
  • Degree or equivalent professional qualifications
  • Experience using SalesForce or other CRM’s
  • Sales or B2C experience in a consultative service environment
  • Knowledge of Recruitment processes within the UK HE sector
