Job Description

As branches extend from bricks and mortar to the digital world we must ensure our digital solutions are making ‘everyone better off’ and as a result, we’re seeking talented individuals to join our awesome Digital team who will be instrumental to our success.

We have an exciting opportunity for a User Experience Designer who has experience in mobile app design. You will play a key role in supporting the design our mobile banking experience, ensuring that everyone has a great experience so keeping the customer at the heart of all you do as we create fans to grow our family.

You’ll work alongside a Mobile UX specialist to define the whole experience, from the customer journeys through to the detailed UI design and rapid prototyping. The ideal candidate would be a conceptual thinker, in-keeping with latest trends in mobile technology and not afraid to push the boundaries where desired, yet keeping the customer in mind at all times.

If you have experience in mobile app design across iOS and Android, we’d love to hear from you. Experience working in Financial Services is desirable, but not essential. The role sits within a dynamic, cross-functional team and needs someone who is used to working to tight deadlines. It’s hard work but we promise you’ll have great fun!

Salary - £35,000 - £47,000 (depending on experience) plus a great range of benefits
