We have exciting opportunities for skilled Researchers to design and carry out research activities with DWP users.

You will help our expert digital teams get a deep understanding of the people that use government services

You will work as part of agile, multidisciplinary team. You will plan and design user research programmes, testing both high level concepts and specific aspects of a service as it is designed and developed.

Your research will inform policy, proposition, service, content and interaction design so that we design services really work for our users, whether they are looking for work, seeking advice and support, or accessing payments.

Your Essential Skills.

• You understand basic user research methods, and how to use them in collaboration with your team.

• You have experience in applying Agile principles in practice.

• You are a good communicator and can bring visibility to problems and outcomes.

• You analyse and use qualitative and quantative data to turn user focus into outcomes and recommendations.

• You identify and engage with users and stakeholders to collate user needs evidence and understand and define research which fits user needs.

You'll join our team based at our digital hub in Blackpool.

In return for your skills, we offer salary up to £40,666 per annum.
