The UX Design Lead is responsible for translating our business requirements into a creative vision that meets our customers’ needs and business goals. Working alongside your small design team you will create visual designs ready for developers to implement and deliver to customers.The role requires a deep level of empathy towards our customers and stakeholders as well as an ability to work with stakeholders and developers to find the balance between feasibility, aesthetics and usability.You will be involved in large scale website redevelopment projects across both Australia and Asia that will help us improve critical journeys for find>try>buy>use>support. It’s also important to have an understanding of marketing strategies that help drive lead generation and ecommerce online.
