At Pearson, we’re committed to a world that’s always learning and to our talented team who makes it all possible. From bringing lectures vividly to life to turning textbooks into digital lessons, we are always re-examining the way people learn best, whether it’s one child in our own backyard or an education community across the globe. We are bold thinkers and standout innovators who motivate each other to explore new frontiers in an environment that supports and inspires us to always be better. By pushing the boundaries of technology — and each other to surpass these boundaries — we create seeds of learning that become the catalyst for the world’s innovations, personal and global, large and small.
This is an user experience and design role in the Pearson Global Product Organisation.
As part of a globally distributed team of UX researchers and designers, you will be based in our purpose-built Experience Lab in Central London. You’ll create vibrant, compelling and efficacious user experiences that combine technology and content in ways that will engage and delight our learners and teachers, across multiple device form factors.
You’ll utilise user flows, storyboards and interactive wireframes and prototypes to support instruction and optimise learning, within a consistent and logical Information Architecture.
Working within a UX team and methodology, you will use an evidence-based approach to interpret and respond to learning objectives provided by Product Development stakeholders, participating in user testing whenever possible, and always iterating your output in response to validation with and feedback from our users.
