With experience of coproducing outcomes with external partners as well as individual service users, you will lead Touchstone’s part in a new Liaison and Diversion (L&D) service across South Yorkshire. You will identify and develop peer support opportunities, and then motivate and support service users and the L&D service as a whole to develop. You will take responsibility for managing a small team of paid staff, working as part of a cross-boundary multidisciplinary team, led by South West Yorkshire Partnerships Foundation Trust (SWYPFT).
