Volunteer Journey Coordinator

Working effectively with colleagues and utilising a team approach, you will use your excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills to champion volunteering both internally and externally.
You will support our volunteering communications through social media and newsletters. You’ll also work on volunteering events such as the Volunteers’ Conference, as well as reward and recognition tools.
As the first point of contact for CRM, and relevant systems which support volunteering you will create key processes in capturing data, and providing customer service to those who use our volunteering systems.
To succeed in this varied and interesting role will take excellent organisational skills and solid administrative/office IT skills. You will also need to demonstrate previous experience of working in a customer-focused environment, effectively supporting diverse groups of stakeholders as well as collating and analysing data, as well as having the organisational ability to manage multiple priorities to deadlines.
