Endeavor is seeking a talented and influential VP, Health & Safety with global experience to drive global compliance of statutory requirements, apply industry best practices for corresponding territories, and develop group policy and procedures to maintain a safe, secure, and thoughtful work environment.
The successful candidate will advance Endeavor’s H&S strategy, building a long-view framework to help guide the Company in addressing H&S issues, now and in the future. In addition, the VP, Health & Safety will support and deploy the Global Operations strategy across the operations globally including transformational activities as it pertains to the H&S function. This will involve developing and directing short-term and long-term H&S organizational goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operational procedures; and continuously monitoring key performance indicators, evaluating the effectiveness of efforts and initiatives, and developing and implementing changes required for continual improvement.
Applicants must have proven experience of guiding diverse global organizations on H&S matters, strong history of development, implementation, and oversight of H&S initiatives, while embracing a flexible and pragmatic approach. Demonstrable experience of line management and of change management is essential.
