We are looking for a highly motivated individual, with an interest in working within mental health and vocational rehabilitation at Workbridge (part of St Andrew’s Healthcare). You would need to be empathetic, flexible and passionate about delivering high standards in all that you do.

The successful applicant will be working alongside other members of the Workbridge team within the grounds of St Andrew’s Healthcare and will need to have a creative hands on approach. Duties will include:
- Delivery of a vocational experience as a part of our vocational skills pathway.
- Contributing to the support of patients to engage in meaningful activity to meet their goals and the recording of their daily progress.
- Involvement in regular patients reviews in co-ordination with the St Andrew’s Healthcare Occupational Therapy teams.
- Participating in our In-Reach ward based service.
- Working in partnership will all departments at Workbridge to deliver a joined up service
You will be able to work using your own initiative alongside patients and staff as part of a close knit team providing a therapeutic and safe environment in which everyone is able to maximise their opportunities offered during their time at Workbridge.
An interest in craft activities including textiles, woodwork and card making would be desirable. Also, experience of the ward environment and its challenges would be valuable.
