The Performance and Collaboration Support Officer will provide effective and responsive support to the Corporate Resources & Business Improvement (CR&BI) directorate.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and committed team that is responsible for supporting the Deputy Mayor for Fire in their oversight of London Fire Brigade (LFB).

You will support a range of work relating to the oversight and assurance of LFB and wider fire policy, including support to the Deputy Mayor in their decision making and oversight role.

You will draw on your ability to build and manage effective working relationships as the role requires managing a complex partnership made of founding and strategic partners and management of allocated providers.

Meet regularly with digital data and city intelligence teams, assess and review strategy, plans for transition on any new shared services or operational work.
