Our jobs board is a key part of this work. LGBTQ+ people deserve to work in workplaces that value and support them for who they are. Workplaces need to attract and retain the best talent; our jobs board is a unique place where inclusive employers can connect with talented jobseekers who value inclusion.
We know that inclusion matters to candidates. Around one third of LGBTQ+ people are actively looking to move to a more inclusive employer (Randstad, 2024). However, the impact goes beyond LGBTQ+ people, as almost seven in ten millennial and gen Z workers will stay five years or more with a company that has a diverse workforce (Deloitte, 2023).
