Historic England have a fantastic opportunity for you to join us as our Accounts Payable Supervisor in our Finance, Accounts Payable team.

This is a full time, fixed term contract opportunity for 12 months, with hybrid working.

What you will be doing

Supervise the accurate processing of all data to ensure payments are made to suppliers, grant recipients and staff within given service levels, using various financial systems. 

Who we are looking for

A high level of numerical and verbal reasoning 

Experience of the purchase to pay process 

Basic knowledge of VAT 

Experience of using a finance system 

Keen eye for detail 

Independently seeks solutions to identified issues
