Jobs listed on this site are usually from organisations who are members of the Stonewall Proud Employers programme or those who have been accredited through the Proud Employers accreditation; those that aren’t have worked with Stonewall in other ways so you can be confident they are taking steps to make their workplaces more inclusive places.
Everyone deserves to work in environments where they feel safe, respected and included. Organisations can make this happen in a range of ways. They might have dedicated LGBTQ+ network groups or employee res ource groups, they might embed inclusion in their policies and practice or they might march in pride events. You can often find information about their inclusion work on an employer's website or through their social media channels. You might also consider asking more about their inclusion programmes during an interview.
Most of our users are from the LGBTQ+ community, but you don’t have to be part of this community to use this site. Anyone who values inclusion and wants to work for an organisation that takes their commitment to inclusion seriously can find roles here.
